If the registration papers are not available, the Seller will provide the promised registration papers within _____________________, or the Buyer may be eligible for a 50% refund of the purchase price or a full refund with the return of the puppy, if said papers cannot be secured.
Details of Guarantee
To the best of my knowledge as the Seller, said puppy/dog is in healthy and sound condition at the time of sale.
Buyer has 72 hours from the time of delivery/pickup to have a vet check done on said puppy.
Vet check must be done by a licensed veterinarian.
Buyer is required to have a licensed veterinarian administer two more puppy vaccines to said puppy. Parvo and distemper vaccines must be given at two-four week intervals following first vaccines given by our vet.
If buyer fails to have vet check done within 72 hours or fails to continue vaccines as stated above, the parties agree that any guarantee will be considered null and void.
Keep shot records from your vet. Yearly vaccinations must being kept up to maintain the guarantee of your puppy to 3 years of age.
WAITING to spay/neuter until after 1 year of age is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Mature hormones provide protection from many types of Cancer and provide joint and bone density benefits. They also signal your puppy to stop growing taller, without these hormones your puppy may grow VASTLY LARGER. Puppies fixed before a year of age will often be double or triple the size of puppies that have waited. Please WAIT TO SPAY OR NEUTER your baby for the health, bone and size benefits.
All puppies/dogs are sold as pets/companions with Limited Registration. Full Registration is dealt with individually and is not available on every puppy.
Health guarantee does not cover any parasite, internal or external as this is a treatable condition.
Seller can not be responsible for Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) or the effects of any stress related illness due to travel/rehoming. Buyer must make certain that their new puppy eats and gets plenty of rest.
You may return your puppy for any reason in the three months for a full refund of your Purchase Price. After 3 months and up to 1 year of age, you may return your puppy for any reason for a 75% refund of your original Purchase Price. After 1 year of age, each case is dealt with individually, and most receive up to 50% of your original Purchase Price.
As the seller, I understand that the typical puppy buyer is not necessarily as experienced with raising puppies as I am. (I have lots of practice) If there is any concern at any time with your puppy, please text or email right away for tips and advice. Sometimes I can save un-needed trips to the vet. I am always happy to share knowledge and advice on my dogs. It is better to contact me about a concern that turns out to be nothing than to not contact me and wish you had.
Seller is not responsible for any vet bills made after puppy/dog leaves the care of Charlotte Cannon/Fox Point Farm. In the event that a problem should arise with said puppy, buyer should contact seller immediately. Each case is dealt with individually as every situation is different. Shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer, even in the event a puppy is to be sent back and/or replaced. Any and all vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer.
All shipping costs related to any dog being purchased, as well as in relationship to any dog being replaced for any reason, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Seller shall not be responsible for death of said puppy/dog due to negligence or carelessness of any airline or other live animal carrier, it's agents or employees, or the buyer.
This contract is under the jurisdiction of the state of North Carolina. In the event of any dispute, the parties mutually agree that the dispute will be settled under the jurisdiction Rutherford County, North Carolina.
All parties mutually agree that all lawyer fees shall be paid by the buyer.
In the event that a court of law finds any part of this agreement unenforceable, all remaining provisions not deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the full extent of the law.
This agreement sets forth the entire agreement between parties. This agreement may not be changed, altered or amended except in a writing signed by both parties.
